This application form and all supporting documents that were submitted to AEON Co and AEON Big shall be the sole property of AEON Co and AEON Big which are entitled to retain the same irrespective of whether my/our application is approved or rejected. I/We hereby irrevocably and unconditionally authorise and permit AEON Co and AEON Big to disclose all information provided by me/us to any other authority or body having jurisdiction over AEON Co and AEON Big, AEON group of companies, AEON Co and AEON Big’s existing or future business partners, other 3rd party including but not limited to AEON Co and AEON Big’s agents, servants, merchants, service providers, or as may be required pursuant to law from time to time for such purpose(s) as AEON Co and AEON Big deems fit, proper and necessary at any time including but not limited to the facilitation of operations, business, marketing and promotion of products and services. I/We further declare that I/we am/are not bankrupt under the laws of Malaysia. I/We agree to be bound by the terms and conditions specified in the agreement including all future amendments which will be sent to me/us upon approval of this application. I/We understand that any findings in any investigation conducted related to my document submission shall be conclusive, final and binding on me and shall not be opened for questioning in any event. I/We agree promptly update my/our account and other information provided by contacting AEON Co and AEON Big via the mode of communication that AEON Co and AEON Big deem fit. I/We hereby confirm that no further permission or consent from me/us is/are necessary or required in relation thereto and this shall constitute the consent required under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and any other contractual consent for such disclosures of information.
